This introduction to mental health is a brilliant starting point or refresher if you've previously done some study.

After one day of manageable chunks of learning, you will feel confident in:

  • Be able to easily recognise some common signs of mental illness
  • Describing common mental health conditions 
  • Know the difference between anxiety, depression, stress and some eating disorders.
